Trying to get a little getaway from the Chamonix madness right now 🙉

Everything is getting concentrated on just a few walls because climate change is showing its sad side. Bergschrunds are becoming impossible to cross, the glaciers are getting wilder, and everything around us seems to be crumbling.

But with a bit of flexibility, you can still find some beautiful lines.

On day three, we were once again close to changing plans because the bergschrund was just too big. Luckily, on another topo, we spotted an old ramp entry that allowed us to join “California Dream” in the second pitch. 🥳
