BENTO | extraordinary bling

It took several years to find just the right emeralds - old Russian- for these ancient Khmer gold beads. The beads are gold over lak, an organic resin secreted by 𝘒𝘦𝘳𝘳𝘪𝘢 𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘢 insects that was used as an inner filling for hollow metal. Very elegant!⁣
