Thank you @gender_roulette for being a great stage manager and light board op.
And of course, thank you to the @greatsaltlakefringe for making this production possible! They are such a valuable asset to the theatre community, taking what can be a very expensive, very competitive art form, and showing what is possible when those obstacles are removed.
It was SO COOL to see the other shows at Fringe and what stories people are passionate about telling, and it was an honor to be among them!

POV: you’re turning your seated cable rows into a full body workout… One of the biggest mistakes I see when people do cable rows is leaning too far backwards and using momentum to pull the weight towards them By swinging your body backwards, you’re relying on momentum rather than controlling the movement, which can take the focus away from your back and make it harder to get the most out of each rep You don’t need to throw your whole body into the movement to get a good back workout!
