This is how we got tricked into being afraid of hormones. One 2002 press conference wrecked women’s healthcare for decades. Dr. Rachel Rubin breaks down this event that stole from generations of women the immense benefits of hormone therapy. And she shares what every woman deserves to know: the real science, and genuine relief available to us right now. Finally, Menopause Relief: How Did We Not Know This? with @drrachelrubin — Listen now to @wecandohardthings wherever you get your podcasts.
Somehow…through hardships untold and Getty Images unnumbered…this man has been my constant companion for 12 years. For 12 years I have come home to him, slept next to him, cried in his arms and laughed in his arms. Shared everything with him. from the moment we met at a movie premiere to the many times I lost my car in Hollywood parking garages and he stayed with me until I found it (like ryan gosling in La La Land but without the passive aggressive tap dancing), he has been there. The immovable object of my life. I love you, Kyle. I love you so much that those words don’t even feel like enough. My very soul is entwined with yours and the two can never be separated. Happy anniversary 💕 (Fun fact: the very last photo in this carousel is the very first photo we ever took together, on August 12, 2014, after a night spent trying - and failing- to watch the Perseid meteor shower. It was taken at a pub called Tipple and Brine, which no longer exists, but the only thing I remember other than Kyle was that they had amazing Mac and cheese)
Luxembourg, you were cute 🇱🇺✨ A little bit of wandering, a lot of pretty streets, and another country ticked off the list 🤍📸 . . . #Luxembourg #OceanGirk #Mermaid #Travel #Europe
