For us, Kansa brings back memories of our grandmother’s table - the food, the familiar rituals, and the special tableware she brought out when the family came together✨

Today, we’re bringing a little of that tradition into our own homes, in our own special way. The Pure Kansa Collection celebrates the beauty of Indian heritage through thoughtfully designed pieces made for tables that tell a story, soulful moments that bring everyone together, and celebrations that feel like you.

Because the most beautiful homes aren’t about getting everything just right. They’re about making everything feel just right for you.

Discover the Pure Kansa Collection in-store and online.

You’re going to put that where?! 😱

Yep… THAT is going into the middle of my hip. 😳💉

If needles didn’t bother you a minute ago, how about now? 😂

This is technically my fifth Sinogel injection, and it’s become one of the biggest tools I have for managing the chronic pain in my hip.

The easiest way I describe it? Even a well-maintained motorbike needs its chain lubed and its moving parts looked after. My reconstructed hip needs a little extra workshop attention too. 🔧

Think of it as adding lubrication back into the joint. It’s not a magic fix, and this particular maintenance job is definitely not pleasant — especially when you see the four-inch needle! Afterwards my hip normally flares for 2–3 days while everything settles.

But then… boom. 💥

For me, the difference in my pain levels can be dramatic.

And the timing of this one is pretty important.

I’m about to head to Turkey to cycle 1,000+ km with over 21,000 metres of climbing, towing a toddler, trailer and a colossal amount of kit. Day after day, it’s going to ask a huge amount from a body that’s already been through seven surgeries and a major hip reconstruction.

I’ve learnt that sometimes there absolutely is a time and place for invasive surgery. But I’ve also learnt the value of finding less invasive options that can help keep me moving.

I picture life a bit like an arrow. 🏹

Sometimes you have to be pulled backwards before you can shoot forwards.

This injection is the uncomfortable bit. The flare-up is the backwards bit.

Then hopefully… Turkey is the forwards bit. 🇹🇷🚲

It’s genuinely been a life-changing discovery for me, and right now I’m incredibly grateful to have another tool in the toolbox to help keep this particular machine on the road, doing the things I love.

Watching the needle go in or looking away — which team are you on? 💉👀

Either way, send this to your mate who spends more time maintaining themselves than their bike. 😂🔧
