7+ kgs down in 12 weeks
In just 12 weeks, Liv has made a remarkable change to her physique, losing over 7 kg all while getting stronger, performing better in the gym and building lean muscle tissue throughout the process
We kept her nutrition high enough to fuel our training, recovery and sustainable progress. Proving that getting leaner doesn’t mean starving yourself or sacrificing strength
This transformation didn’t require extreme restriction, ridiculous amounts of output or sacrificing her lifestyle. Liv travelled to Thailand and Melbourne throughout the process, enjoying greater flexibility and freedom with her nutrition choices while still staying consistent with the plan
The physical change is incredible but the mental growth has been even more impressive. Through plenty of honest, in depth conversations, Liv has developed a far healthier relationship with food and a much stronger understanding of how to approach nutrition without fear, guilt or unnecessary extremes
Her work ethic, implementation and adherence have been exceptional. Because the plan was structured to perfection, we never had to allow hunger and satiety discomfort to reach extreme levels, nor did we need to compromise recovery in the pursuit of progress
