A little haircare reset 🤍

Since moving to NYC, my hair has been shedding more and feeling drier than usual, so I’ve been paying extra attention to how I care for it. Lately, I’ve been loving these @amika essentials for a little extra nourishment, softness, and shine.

The @sephora Savings Event runs from October 30th to November 9th, so if you’ve been wanting to refresh your haircare routine, this is your sign! ✨

What’s one haircare product you can’t live without? Tell me below! 💌

CASE UPDATE/ARHK UPDATE

Unfortunately, we received news yesterday that the TRO we won last week is being reopened due to new evidence being brought against us. The TRO was initially denied because the plaintiffs (ABC IP/Rare Breed) could not prove how the ARHK works as they did not have one to examine.

It has been confirmed one of the 5 ARHK Prototypes we loaned to content creators was sent to the plaintiffs and they are now using it as additional evidence in their case against us. We explicitly told influencers that were loaned a prototype that the internal functions were not to be shown yet someone willingly provided a prototype to the plaintiffs to be used against us in court and presumably to further the development of the plaintiffs own roller delay (.308 and 5.56) products that are still uncompleted.

We are absolutely appalled that this person decided to turn their back on the community by aiding the plaintiffs in a frivolous and aggressive lawsuit against us (as well as over 120 other companies and individuals). We consider this action especially malicious against our company, the other 120+ defendants in the MDL, and the 2A community as a whole.

We regret to say that we are not yet sure what this means for the launch of the ARHK but we are doing everything in our power to move forward as planned.

We will keep everyone as up to date as possible while the case progresses and we ask that you continue to support us as well as the other defendants until this egregious litigation has completed.

LeBron having fun out there 😂

Today was the slowest marathon I’ve ever run & it’s the one I’m most proud of.

I’ve never wanted to quit a race more. My legs were done at mile 14, I *tried* to quit at mile 19 but I’m not sure how to? I walked into a medical tent & they just gave me a Tylenol & Vaseline on a stick, so I kept going.

Then I got a text (2nd slide) from my 9 year old (via my wife) and I decided I was going to finish even if I had to walk the rest of the way. The video in slide 3 is me telling him at mile 22 he’s the reason I’m still running.

Somehow I was able to get running again & finished with a smile on my face.

I am so grateful for my family. I am so grateful for New York City and I am so grateful for everyone who took a moment out of their day to cheer me on. Apologies if I miss anyone here!
