How many hours a day do you spend sitting? At a desk, in the car, in front of a screen. The body needs more movement, and mobility is especially important for the hip joints.

The exercise from this reel gently opens the hip joints. You can do it at home, on vacation or on the beach, all you need is a mat and a bit of free space.

And my program of 5 courses and 54 lessons brings together exercises for the whole body:

1. Hip activation and deep core muscles, 11 lessons
2. Stretching and flexibility, 15 lessons
3. Posture, 10 lessons
4. Anti-cellulite massage, 8 lessons
5. Face fitness, 10 lessons

Suitable for any age, you can practice at home, with no equipment.

Comment BODY and I’ll send you the program details 💛

ran one clip through a figma weave workflow and got ten totally different looks out of it

halftone print, thermal glow, crt glitch, vhs tracking, amiga pixels...

all from the same take. no reshoots, no re-editing every style by hand

halftone is still my favorite.

which one would you actually use?

comment “effects” and i’ll send you the workflow so you can run it on your own videos
