📍@progresscaribbean // I’ve been looking for a good Caribbean spot in Manchester and came across this place right next to @sambalmcr in Chorlton. I love that you can mix and match all the classics - from jerk chicken and curry goat to fried chicken, so you can try a bit of everything. The jerk chicken had a lovely char and was full of flavour, while the curry goat was really nice as well. But the oxtail was definitely the highlight; so tender it literally fell off the bone. The price is really reasonable as well, especially for the portion sizes, so definitely worth adding to your list if you’re around Chorlton!
