Derrick Woods-Morrow showed what true leadership looks like not only through his dominant presence on the court, but through his character when adversity struck.

Even after being injured, Derrick never gave up. He embraced a team-first mentality, becoming a positive voice and source of encouragement for his teammates. His confidence, experience, and knowledge lifted those around him and helped his teammates believe in themselves.

His impact went far beyond the scoreboard. Derrick led by example, shared what he knew, and helped others become better and more successful. 2 X Gay Games Gold Medalist 🥇🥇
