Calling serving personnel to join political protests is reckless, not revolutionary. Naming, targeting or intimidating ideological opponents is not accountability—it is mob behaviour. Protest, question and disagree—but do it with facts, evidence and lawful action. India will not be shaped by online threats, lists or manufactured outrage.
i asked meta’s new AI agent to audit my instagram and it handed me a 14-page growth plan in 60 seconds 🤯 (**not sponsored but hello @muse it should be !!) i connected it to my gmail and calendar, told it my niche, and it spat out my positioning, content pillars, keyword clusters, and a 7-day action checklist. for free. Comment: TRIAL REELS ⬇️ for the trial reel system that helped me grow 75k followers Xo, Amie #instagramgrowth #contentcreator #aitools #socialmediamarketing #muse
Common mistakes made when attempting to train + build a strong core👇 * Chasing burn instead of true engagement * Training the hip flexors instead of the core section * Letting the lower back compensate * Confusing movement with engagement * Poor pelvis positioning * Equating visible abs with core strength. Low body fat doesn’t mean strength * Rushing with no control * Using momentum during hanging leg raises * Failing to progress + overload core work * Trying advanced exercises without nailing basics. You won’t achieve core engagement
A little something for my mental health
این هفته در فرانسه هزاران نفر مجروح شدند ! با همین آب پاشها ! Hello, @Instagram I am a women’s and human rights activist and a comedian advocating for Iranian citizens. I use satirical content, comedy, and dark humor for social commentary. My content is symbolic and non-violent. People who support the regime often report my account for false reasons, either because of words with double meanings or for completely fabricated reasons, even when I have not violated Instagram’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. They are trying to abuse your reporting system and algorithms to restrict accounts and silence my voice. I would be grateful if you could review my account and remove any unjustified restrictions. My content is intended to raise awareness and advocate for human rights through peaceful expression. Thank you for your time and consideration.
