The Bruins have arguably the best European prospect in his age group, Nikola Kusturica, who is also an early contender for the No. 1 pick in the 2028 NBA draft.

The Serbian forward turned 17 years old in April and is two years from being eligible for the NBA.

#CochlearPartner Cooper has worn cochlear implant sound processors for most of his life, so today I handed the mic to the actual expert. 🎤

From showing how he puts on his Nucleus® 8 Sound Processors to sharing what they help him do and what happens when the batteries die, he’s answering questions about his technology in his own words.

Every cochlear implant experience is different, but Cooper’s processors are an important part of how he accesses sound and connects with the world around him.

Visit @cochlearamericas to learn more about cochlear implant sound processors and whether cochlear implant technology may be an option for you or your child.

Please seek advice from your health professional, outcomes may vary. Not all products are available in all countries. Consult your health professional to determine if you are a candidate for Cochlear technology. Views expressed are those of the individual.

*The Nucleus 8 Sound Processor with Aqua+ is dust and water resistant to level of IP68 of the International Standard IEC60529 when you use a Cochlear Power Extend Rechargeable Battery Module or Cochlear Compact Rechargeable Battery Module. The Nucleus 8 Sound Processor with Aqua+ can be continuously submerged under water to a depth of up to 3 meters for up to 2 hours. The Aqua+ accessory should be used when participating in prolonged water activities. Refer to the relevant user guide for more information.

Keefe D Sentenced to 40 Years to Life for Orchestrating the Murder of Tupac Shakur

Blogged by: Grace L.

A Las Vegas judge handed down the Keefe D sentence on Tuesday, ordering that he serve 40 years to life for the 1996 murder of Tupac Shakur.

Tupac was 25 years old when he was shot on September 7, 1996, while riding in a car on the Las Vegas Strip. He died six days later. The case sat unsolved for decades. Davis, a former Compton gang leader, was the first person ever charged in the killing, and he is the only person convicted.

Prosecutors never claimed Davis pulled the trigger. They described him as the on-the-ground commander who ordered the shooting. A Nevada grand jury indicted him, and he was arrested on September 29, 2023, outside his home in Henderson, Nevada. He was charged with murder with use of a deadly weapon with a gang enhancement, and he pleaded not guilty.

The case rested largely on Davis’s own words. He described his role in interviews with law enforcement and the media and in his 2019 memoir, “Compton Street Legend.” He said he was in the front passenger seat of the Cadillac that pulled alongside Tupac’s car, and that he passed a gun to the back seat, where the shots were fired. He named his nephew, Orlando “Baby Lane” Anderson, as the shooter. Anderson and the other two people who were allegedly in the car have died, which left Davis as the only person who could be put on trial.

The trial began in August 2026 and included nine days of testimony. The defense argued there was no physical evidence tying Davis to the crime, pointing out that the gun and the white Cadillac were never recovered. Defense attorneys portrayed him as a man who exaggerated his stories to make money. The jury was unanimous. After about three hours of deliberation on August 31, jurors found him guilty of first-degree murder with use of a deadly weapon. After the verdict, prosecutors dropped the gang enhancement, citing witness logistics.

I said I was going to run 240 miles and that’s what I had to do no matter what stood in my way.

240 miles completed in 92 hours

As I’ve said multiple times it’s not about the miles, it’s about coming back better for the ones you love

Thank you to everyone who has supported me in the journey and if you’re new here… I’m just getting started
