A lion that has endured for more than 2,300 years.
Long before it became the centrepiece of this signet ring, this ancient silver hemidrachm was minted in the Thracian Chersonesos, one of the most strategically important regions of the ancient Greek world.
The lion, shown turning its head back, embodied courage, strength and authority. More than two millennia later, those qualities remain just as meaningful.
