Court has issued a fresh notice to YouTuber Dhruv Rathee in a defamation case dating back to 2018. The case was filed by Vikas Pandey, who alleges that Rathee made false and defamatory claims about him in a video published that year.

Pandey has challenged the statements made in the video, claiming they harmed his reputation. The legal dispute has continued for years, bringing renewed attention to the allegations and the proceedings surrounding the video.

The matter is scheduled for its next hearing on October 17. The court proceedings will determine how the case moves forward; the allegations against Rathee remain claims within an ongoing legal dispute, not a final finding of liability.
