Para quem busca sofisticação além das carnes, o nosso risoto é um abraço em forma de gastronomia. O ponto exato do arroz al dente e a cremosidade densa é um clássico impecável.

The hard reality of being bipolar, especially with rapid cycling, is how fast the weather inside your own head can change. One day there’s sunlight. The next, it feels like somebody opened the ocean and told you to swim. Right now, the darkness caught up with me again. There’s been too much pressure, too many problems, too much noise from the outside, and I’m trying to find my way back through it without turning every bad day into evidence that I’m failing at life. I don’t want to sit here and pity myself. But I’d be lying if I said it doesn’t sometimes feel like whatever I do is somehow wrong, too much, not enough, too late, too sensitive, too distant. So if my replies are slower right now, that’s why. Today’s great heroic achievement was getting out of bed and finally taking a shower. Sometimes surviving the wave looks less like fighting and more like refusing to let it carry you completely away. #bipolarreality #rapidcycling #quietbattles #onedayatatime #bipolardisorder

Night lights 💡

In this photo, taken from the @ISS by @astro_anil on Sept. 9, 2026, the city lights of Central Asia streak by below as an aurora arcs across the atmosphere beyond.
