Our girl did it again! Even through some early adversity, Vada was able to earn a spot on the podium. It should come as no surprise as she was already a 2024 ADCC Youth Championship silver medalist. This year alone she made varsity wrestling as a freshman, winning countless wrestling tournaments and even made it to state! All these accomplishments including competeing in ADCC Opens and Trials while being a fulltime high-school student. Vada and her dad Bobby began training at 10PSA in 2020. Even as a 9 year old we all knew she was different. Now the world knows it. I want to thank all her training partners and coaches @10psanantonio @10psahuebneroaks @10patx I also want to recognize @kristinayvonnemarie and @bobbygarrettmc Vada will appreciate your sacrifices.

Happy Halloween - 2026

Love, laughter, a touch of mystery… and my bestie who made it all sweeter. 🖤✨ @basakob iyi ki varsin babycimmmmmm #moretocome

Karwa Chauth has quietly become one of my favourite traditions, and I think I look forward to it a little more with every passing year.

There’s something so lovely about all the little rituals that come with it. The mehendi, pulling out my jewellery, deciding what to wear and taking my own sweet time getting ready. There’s a certain happiness in dressing up simply for the joy of it, and this is one day I particularly love doing just that.

What makes it even sweeter is how everyone at home gets into the spirit of it. All the ladies in the house put on mehendi, there’s the usual chatter and excitement, and somehow the preparations become just as special as the day itself.

And somewhere in all of this is a quiet expression of love. The kind that doesn’t need grand gestures or too many words. Just a little faith, a little devotion, and the comfort of doing something with love, year after year.

I’ve always loved how traditions find their own little place in our lives. How something passed down through generations slowly becomes so personal, filled with familiar faces, little memories and simple joys.

Perhaps that’s what makes this one so special to me. A little bit of love, a little bit of tradition, and a whole lot of happiness in the smallest of things. ❤️

A special special shoutout to @theloomsaree @esthetiquejewels @kavis.ethnic_studio for making this outfit possible on such short notice!

After 9years of having others performing this anthem, it was crickets of who was singing. But a Tongan-American Woman like me - steps into the ring, all hell breaks loose. Hmm, just find it interesting.. my intentions were to never cause division? I’ve always carried myself with NOTHING but love and peace to our small Polynesian community. And, as long as my last grandparent is alive, I do this on her behalf. Making her happy and proud to represent her country, is all that matters to me. My last time singing this - I dedicate to you grandma Susi Amasio, I love you my Queen 🩵 … Fo’ui kiaiii
