How’s your October so far? 🎃
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
#leatherleggings #boots #october

I’m 57. And no, I don’t want to look 27. But I DO want to feel 27! 🔥

Here are 4 things I focus on to stay strong, healthy and full of life:

1️⃣ ENERGY ⚡️
Stop relying on caffeine to get through the day! Prioritize 7–9 hours of sleep, get natural sunlight in the morning and move your body every single day. Even a 20-minute walk can make a difference!

2️⃣ SEX DRIVE 🔥
Your libido doesn’t have to disappear after menopause! Strength training, quality sleep, stress management and open communication with your partner can all help. And don’t ignore hormonal changes. Talk to your doctor if something feels off!

3️⃣ STAMINA 🏃‍♀️
Want to stop feeling exhausted after climbing the stairs? Build your endurance! Aim for 150 minutes of moderate cardio per week. Walking, cycling, swimming or dancing all count. Start small and increase gradually!

4️⃣ STRENGTH 💪🏼
Muscle is your longevity superpower! Lift weights 2–3 times a week, eat enough protein and challenge yourself to get stronger. Building muscle after 50 is absolutely possible!

Aging is inevitable. Feeling old isn’t always.

I’m not trying to turn back the clock. I’m investing in a body that allows me to live life to the fullest.

Which one are you working on right now: ENERGY, SEX DRIVE, STAMINA or STRENGTH? 👇🏼

Kelly Clarkson is putting a Brooklyn store on blast after claiming she was treated poorly while shopping.

The Grammy-winning singer and daytime talk show host took to X (formerly Twitter) to share her frustrating experience at Art of Play, a Brooklyn store she says she specifically traveled to visit.

“Just drove all the way to Brooklyn to check out this store I thought looked really rad and had a few things in mind to buy,” Kelly wrote.

However, things allegedly took an unexpected turn when she felt an employee was judging her financial status.

“I literally was looked at as if I couldn’t afford it and was told he could find something comparable for me,” she continued.

Kelly didn’t hold back, making it clear the employee’s alleged behavior cost the business a significant purchase.

“Wow, dude. You’re an idiot and just lost a huge sale.”

The American Idol alum then compared the experience to the famous shopping scene in Pretty Woman, where Julia Roberts’ character is dismissed by employees at a luxury boutique.

“But y’all should go check out Art of Play in Brooklyn if you enjoy being treated like Julia Roberts character in Pretty Woman. For sure, check it out 👎”

It’s unclear whether the store has responded publicly to Kelly’s accusations.

Do you think Kelly Clarkson was right to publicly call out the store?
