I created this video for a gen-ed “pick your own topic” assignment, naturally chose to create a protest video to an extremely powerful song (that also happens to be one of my favorite songs). I am extremely proud of the video i created and all that it stands for. Being a human rights major, a majority of my courses are focused on the current state of America, the descend into fascism, and the loss of justice. I wanted to create a video that i could throw all of my anger into, a video that stands up to the current state of politics in America, and urges those that watch to stand up for what they believe in and to go and create change in the world. I feel that i have done that, and i wanted to share this video with all of you, hoping it may inspire some to go outside and stand up to this fucking fascist regime. Fuck America. Fuck the government. Power to the fucking people. @tommorello @marymorellomemorialproject
