✨ ARC REVIEWS-:

I have been so behind on my ARC'S so I am happy that I finally got the time to finish my ARC'S and review them.

✨ Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for providing me with the ARC in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are mine.

This book had me immediately captivated with its spooky vibes. I definitely loved the murder investigation revolving around a creepy inn, an abandoned spooky hospital & a strange town that gave the story such an unsettling and eerie atmosphere. The writing style was quite easy and engaging making the narrative easy and quick to follow. The fun & witty banter between Corbin and Wren was my favourite part of this book . I really enjoyed their dynamic which kept things quite entertaining and lively.

That said, I felt that the supernatural aspect of the book was quite underdeveloped. I also found the ending quite disappointing and confusing as it left me with more questions. I expected a bit more clarity.

👉 Overall , it was a quick and easy entertaining read . I will definitely be looking forward to the next book in the series.

✨ Thank you to Netgalley and Datura for providing me with the ARC in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are mine.

First of all, this is such a promising debut. I loved how easy and engaging the writing in this book was, along with how character-driven the story felt. I absolutely loved the friendship dynamics between Grace & Jo . They added so much value and personality to the storyline. There were lots of humorous and lighter moments that made this such an entertaining read. I really enjoyed the amateur-sleuth aspect of the story with two women getting involved in solving a murder mystery.

That said, the mystery itself lacked depth for me . I wanted more suspense and twists. The pacing also felt quite uneven at times with some sections moving quite slower than expected. While I enjoyed Grace's internal monologues, their repetitive nature was quite distracting. I also predicted the killer quite early on.

👉 Overall, this was a fun, entertaining cosy murder mystery with character driven storylin

I hate to admit it, but I have failed again at my feeble attempt to restrain myself from NWA activity.

I found a new Arnie on a recent trip and did not buy it. A week later I contacted the store and they still had it, so now I have it 😂.

My older Arnies are strapped up by @hemsutstraps and they look amazing, don’t you think? The OEM strap for these are stanky, so I need to switch it today.

If you have not guessed, it’s #orangeconewednesday - @kaiwithtime is good at starting orange themed things that then haunt him for life.

Keep swiping! Chicken selfie!

Have a day #watchfam ✌🏻🐓🎃

The beginning and the end of everything.
