A reminder of the biggest transformational chapter in my journey.

Year of the Fire Horse, you’ve done some beautiful magic. ✨

You’ve allowed me to challenge every belief I once held about myself and who I was capable of becoming, igniting the most grounded, beautiful, and powerful version of me from the inside out.
I somehow struggle to find words that encapsulate the unimaginable beauty that life has become. 

If you know my story of surviving anorexia nervosa … I thought that was the biggest feat of survival to life, and god that took every ounce of strength I had.
But that was just that… surviving.
And then we coped. We thrived from the outside, but I was genuinely buried beneath the things I was using to survive my entire life.

And then the universe stopped me, and clearly said heal.
I thought survival was hard, healing, darling, that may just be the hardest feat of all.

And angel, 6+ months of walking through the fire, doing the hard work no one sees, stepping away from the noise, to build the foundations so strong that they’ve changed the entire trajectory of my life.

Absolutely excited for the remainder of 2026
Unapolegetically becoming her,
embodying her, 
fully expanding into the woman my younger self only ever dreamt of
