this piece is a little raw,
but perhaps that is the beauty of it.
a reminder that we are all walking our own paths, and that we are never bound to remain who we have been. to choose differently, to begin again, to shed what no longer feels like you, face what has haunted you, and to gently find your way home to the life you long to live.

all the pain you have endured, all the versions of yourself you have had to become to survive, need not be the versions you carry in this life forever.

my life has been far from a joyous ride. I’ve battled anorexia at deaths door, I’ve lived with chronic depression, anxiety and neurodivergence, abusive relationships, assault and deep trauma from a young adolescence, alcoholism and substance abuse. This life HAD hardened me, and I am still untangling all of me, but I promise you, you have the power to become the most beautifully, passionate, weirdly, funky human you choose and deserve to be. And that you can discover beauty in a softer life 🧚🏽‍♀️🧚🏽‍♀️

And most importantly, just be freakn kind, each day xxxx

🖤🌹🌙✨

Isn’t it wildly beautiful,
that,
every minute of every day, life can redirect you onto infinite new paths. Every decision, every encounter, every unexpected little moment redirects the trajectory of your journey.

There is so much beauty in the unknown, of your evolution, and the endless possibilities that exist beyond what we could imagine for ourselves 🦋

Some words I penned, that maybe someone else may resonate in 💋

I can only just put into words how life-changing it has been to 180 my life, to embark on and embrace a chapter of softness, nourishment and grounding.

Perhaps because to arrive here, it has forced me to expel and shed so much of what had been so deeply caught within me, that I wasn’t prepared for.

Cyclonic barely begins to describe it.

Because after living in survival for so long, you learn that you cant simply just flip a switch and step straight into this divine, wholesome era you’ve been so eagerly ready to embrace.

Because whilst you’re physically standing in this chapter

The body remembers.
The mind remembers.
The nervous system remembers.

But there is something so beautiful on the other side of that release.

In the passing of those layers.

This almost euphoric feeling of finally being able to breathe.

And perhaps most beautifully of all…

that whilst there is no end finish line, you realise that the chapter in this season finally feels more like you than you ever could have imagined. 🤍 by @itsmebianca.h

Just leaving this here for my future self, because absolutely wow

A reminder of the biggest transformational chapter in my journey.

Year of the Fire Horse, you’ve done some beautiful magic. ✨

You’ve allowed me to challenge every belief I once held about myself and who I was capable of becoming, igniting the most grounded, beautiful, and powerful version of me from the inside out.
I somehow struggle to find words that encapsulate the unimaginable beauty that life has become.

If you know my story of surviving anorexia nervosa … I thought that was the biggest feat of survival to life, and god that took every ounce of strength I had.
But that was just that… surviving.
And then we coped. We thrived from the outside, but I was genuinely buried beneath the things I was using to survive my entire life.

And then the universe stopped me, and clearly said heal.
I thought survival was hard, healing, darling, that may just be the hardest feat of all.

And angel, 6+ months of walking through the fire, doing the hard work no one sees, stepping away from the noise, to build the foundations so strong that they’ve changed the entire trajectory of my life.

Absolutely excited for the remainder of 2026
Unapolegetically becoming her,
embodying her,
fully expanding into the woman my younger self only ever dreamt of

Unbothered yet intentional. Wild but tender. Undone but at peace.
She didn’t tame the storm. She just stopped fighting it.

Memories - @l0webrow bringing all the fun and wonderful out in me when he is behind the lens by @itsmebianca.h

Barcelona ~ You weren’t on the list,
but you showed up anyway.
The crowded streets, alive, a welcoming and comforting chaos.
Plates shared between strangers, now forever friends.
A sun that beamed without apology.
A city that felt like my time there was unfinished, now a heart full of memories and faces that I will never forget.

💋Each twirl in dance, a hymn to your own becoming,
a love letter to your feminine,
fierce and utterly yours,
a rebellion to the ashes you rose from

*** grateful always to you for encouraging unscripted expression and exploring freedom in movement as it unfolds in the moment 🖤

Nearly 6 weeks abroad in Europe, today of most i am feeling homesick.
I miss my wonderful friends. I miss my healthy routine. I miss my matchas and yap. I miss my pilates. Long lunches at my favourite restaurants. I miss the beautiful coastline. I miss the normal everyday things, that we always take for granted. I miss cooking for my soul. I miss stability.
Thanks for making an appearance today, like hi, just here to give you a nudge or some extra unneeded stress, or a sprinkle of ‘trauma’ yep; and please leave just as quick. Thanks for pulling on my heart strings, sending my mind into a frenzy, testing my patience, dropping me into a little lonely rabbit hole and leaving me questioning my self more then thought possible,
and MY GOD, current sitch - emotionally unstable 😂
📍 somewhere in Europe
Photos - a little reminder of home 💗
