NO DRONE? NO PROBLEM. 🚁❌

At 81° North in Svalbard, I had the perfect testing ground for the new Insta360 X6 — capturing perspectives that feel almost impossible without putting a drone in the sky.

With 8K 50fps 360° video, the X6 lets you capture everything around you and decide on the framing later. Add the Invisible Selfie Stick, and you can create those clean, elevated, wide-angle perspectives that make it look like the camera is floating.

And for filmmakers, one of my favourite upgrades: 10-bit I-Log. 🎥

That means significantly more colour information to work with in post — giving you the flexibility to colour grade like a pro, retain detail and build the exact cinematic look you want.

Plus, with its dual Sony-customized 1/1.1” sensors, AI Auto Edit and AI Director, the X6 gives you an incredibly powerful workflow from capture to final story.

No drone. No problem. Just 360° freedom to capture the Arctic from every angle.
