This evening, the best kind of elephant rescue unfolded — one that ended with a little life saved and a wild family kept together. A young calf was found flailing inside a septic tank, trapped and unable to free herself. The Keepers from our nearby Voi Reintegration Unit raced to the scene, alongside the SWT/KWS Tsavo Mobile Vet Unit. Together, the team made a plan: they used a bowser to fill the tank with water, which floated the calf to a manageable level from which she could be pulled to solid ground. It was the moment her mother had been waiting for. The herd had remained in the area, panicky but clearly not yet giving up hope. The reunion at the end speaks for itself — sound up to hear the trumpets of joy! — It’s not always possible to return a trapped calf to its family — often, the herd has given up and left the area by the time it is discovered — which makes this reunion all the more wonderful. But whether it’s a rescue or a reunion, our team will be there to help. We will also ensure this particular tank is covered to prevent a repeat incident. sheldrickwildlifetrust.org —— © Sheldrick Wildlife Trust

The cast of "Hacks" is one tight-knit family! Jean Smart officiated her co-star Mark Indelicato’s wedding, while Hannah Einbinder teared up behind the camera. 🥹💒
my “Noah Cyrus Tattooed Case” is finally out with @wildflowercases and it honestly feels so surreal. i feel like i’ve truly watched @sydneylynncarlson @devonleecarlson build their vision and own community brick by brick and im so glad to be in small part of it’s timeline. im so proud of the girls and how far they’ve come since our studded iphone cases of crosses and houndstooth patterns. y’all are my sisters for life and i feel so lucky our paths crossed way back when and it’s all lead to where we are now, and still in each others lives since the beginning!! sooo AHHHHHH this was the best day ever ever everrrr and one i’ll truly never forget.. creating/designing this case with WF was so fun and so intimate going over all of my tattoos, which ones felt the closest to me, and how we can slightly give them new life 🦋 my tattoos are my identity and extremely meaningful to me, especially as i’ve gotten older and grown with them. i’m really just so thrilled to share them with you all. i hope you guys love it as much as we loved creating it 🌠🌷🌸🩵 xoxoxo
