California needs outside help managing wild fires. Now consider the area of 16 Californias can fit into Canadas boreal forest. Now consider the millions of lighting strikes recorded annually during the summer months in Canada’s boreal forest. Now try to understand the emended stupidity of the U.S. administration. Both are difficult to comprehend.
