Please be reminded to bring a valid ID to collect your package. Should you wish for someone to collect your package on your behalf, please follow the steps below to make someone an Authorized Collector.

Step 1: Login. Select my account.

Step 2: Select “authorized collector” from the menu bar to the left.

Step 3: Select “ADD AUTHORIZED COLLECTOR”

Step 4: fill out all information requested and select “SAVE AUTHORIZED COLLECTOR”
