@jetblue 4 Delays in Seattle, delays in Boston and now flight cancelled. Zero information on where to get bags to find another way out. There are 20 people in a seperate line. Zero help from frustrated staff.

Ugh. We actually just had the worst experience with Jet Blue too coming back from. LAX. With the twins! The gate staff had no idea how to help anyone. I can handle A LOT when I travel but this was next level. Hope you’re home safe!
