The first official trailer for Avengers: Doomsday is finally here, and it delivers exactly what Marvel fans have been waiting for—massive stakes, multiversal chaos, and the long-awaited return of Steve Rogers' Captain America. Chris Evans stepping back into the iconic role is one of the trailer's biggest surprises, instantly bringing back the nostalgia and emotion of the Infinity Saga.
The trailer also showcases Robert Downey Jr. as Doctor Doom, setting up a completely new chapter for the MCU. With the Avengers, Fantastic Four, X-Men, Wakandans, and other heroes crossing paths, Doomsday promises to be Marvel's biggest crossover since Endgame. The return of Captain America feels symbolic—when the multiverse is on the brink of collapse, one of Marvel's greatest heroes is back to lead the fight once again.

Captain Steve Rogers will not be returning in the movie *Avengers: Doomsday*; instead, the "Fantastic Four" team will appear to stop Doom. If you look at the cast list of the *Fantastic Four* movie—specifically *Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer*—you will clearly see the actor who bears a striking resemblance to Steve Rogers.
