Can we talk about THESE pregnancy wins?! 👏

These women are weeks further into pregnancy, their bodies are changing exactly like they’re supposed to… AND they’re feeling stronger, more connected to their bodies, more confident, moving comfortably, and hitting PRs 💪

THAT is what I want for you during pregnancy.

Not being scared to move or feeling like you have to stop training…but learning how to train WITH your changing body and build strength that carries with you into postpartum.

If you’re pregnant, this challenge is hands down my TOP recommendation for you 🔥

We start MONDAY, everything is in the app for you now, and there’s $101,000+ in CASH PRIZES up for grabs this round!!

LET’S GOOOOOOO!!! Thank you to everyone for sharing. These boys (Ruger and Sig) took quite the journey from a few towns over, but their owners now know where they are and they should be home in no time.

They watch over goats and sounded like they booked themselves a little vacation before returning to goat duties. I am over the FREAKING MOON for them and their family!

Eyes, they never lie. Pretty face soul prettier. 😍
