Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed’s campaign raised a staggering $1.2 million in just four hours following Democratic U.S. Rep. Haley Stevens’ controversial endorsement of Republican Mike Rogers. TCD Dearborn News independently confirmed the fundraising figures after speaking directly with El-Sayed’s campaign. Stevens’ endorsement also sparked turmoil within her congressional office, with multiple staff members reportedly resigning following the announcement.
