During a 2023 Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, an Arkansas state senator asked a trans woman about her genitalia.

The bill being discussed at the hearing, SB199, sought to allow a person who received gender-affirming care as a minor to sue the medical professional who provided the care.

Cardio versus weight training if you’re over 40 ‼️and your goal is to get Leaner and fitter - weightlifting needs to be the bulk for your training.

I’m 43 and I get asked what my secret is all the time but no gatekeeping here. I just pick up heavy stuff.

👉🏻Do a resistance training session 2-4 times a week, doing a mixture of compound and isolated lifts

✨You don't need access to a fancy gym. I love the gym and gyms are great but if you don't have a gym membership you can also use adjustable dumbbells at home

✨ focus on increasing your activity through natural movement you enjoy and daily steps

Lifting weights is magic for the soul 💃🏻

Peragaan busana jenama KALLArona dengan koleksi "Rona Nusantara" berlangsung pada Senin, 26 Oktober 2026 di Jakarta, dalam rangkaian acara "BTN Presents: FashionLink Pretty Free" di Jakarta Fashion Week (JFW) 2027.
_
