She’s back! ❤️🥋

There’s something truly special about sharing the mats with your wife.

Training together, challenging each other, laughing, and having so much fun doing what we love.

These moments are priceless.

And trust me… she’s tough. Really tough! 😂🔥

My wife, my training partner, my favorite opponent. ❤️

Insane behaviour 😳 especially from someone seemingly in charge of people’s lives at SunnyBrook Hospital 🤦🏾‍♂️🚼6️⃣🐝

She allegedly came pushed the stroller out of the way instead of just asking to sit, (in an area meant for strollers) and proceeded to get mad she was confronted.

Recovery is going 📈📈

#HipHopHistory - On this day in 1992, Nas, then known as #NastyNas, released his debut single, “Halftime,” introducing the world to one of hip-hop’s greatest lyricists.

Originally featured on the Zebrahead soundtrack, the track helped launch #Nas into the spotlight after #MCSerch secured its placement in the film. The buzz eventually led to a deal with Columbia Records and paved the way for his legendary 1994 debut album, Illmatic, where “Halftime” would also appear.

With razor-sharp lyricism, effortless flow, and raw Queensbridge storytelling, “Halftime” marked the beginning of a career that would help shape hip-hop history.

34 years later, this classic still hits! 🐐

If this is just the teaser, we’re in trouble 👀🔥
