🍅🌱A surplus of garden tomatoes & herbs means tomato confit purée! Freshly picked from the garden and into my gorgeous @cookmagnifique toxin-free kaolin claypot cooker! Doesn’t get any healthier than this—A must-have for every kitchen!! Perfect for meal prep!
Store the leftovers in an airtight container to use later…stay tuned for more easy platesI will be using this delectable sauce with!

⚜️Parmesan Stuffed Gnocchi with Tomato Confit Purée
NOTE: use extreme caution when blending hot mixtures (especially this one with oil)—
1. Working in batches, fill 1/3 way and open top of blender to vent and release pressure
2. Start blending on slowest speed then increase and slow back down.
3. Use an immersion blender instead
