Feels bad, dude.

The US Green Card crackdown, eight IT firms barred from PERM, and JD Vance’s “indentured servants” remark have sparked a row with India. Here’s @adityarajkaul separating fact from rhetoric and examining Indian-born leaders’ role in shaping multi billion-dollar companies of corporate America

Union vs. non-union: talking down on others makes you a piece of shit. Whether you're a college grad or a tradesman, respect everyone's hustle. True success is about lifting others up, not putting them down. #UnionLife #Respect #Hustle #WorkingClass #Solidarity #Entrepreneurship #CareerGoals #Motivation #ReelsDaily

Which fibre does your gut need? 👇

If fibremaxxing or adding more fibre has made your bloating or constipation worse, the type of fibre could be part of the reason. Different fibres do different jobs in your gut.🎈

💗 GEL fibres (soluble, gel-forming) like kiwifruit, oats, chia, psyllium and flax hold water and soften your poo.

💚 BULK fibres (mostly insoluble) like whole grains, wheat bran, nuts, seeds and veg skins add bulk and help keep things moving.

💜 FEED fibres (prebiotic, fermentable) like legumes, onion, garlic, asparagus, greenish bananas and inulin feed your gut microbes. They’re great for gut health, but fermentation makes gas, so they can bloat a sensitive gut if you add too much too soon.

For a lot of grumpy guts, starting with GEL and building up slowly is the gentlest way in. You don’t need to cut the others out. They just come later.🫶

Comment FIBRE and I’ll send you my fibre counter.👇

Gel first. Bulk next. Feed last.
