The question I get asked most isn’t really about death.

When a woman is considering freebirth, she’ll say “what if my baby dies?” Keep talking and the real fear comes out: what will my husband say, what will my mother say, what will people online say about me.

I know that fear from the inside. After my son was stillborn, I was judged publicly, at a scale most people never face. What got me through wasn’t thick skin. It was tools. A clear way to sort what was mine to own from what was someone else’s projection. A relationship with my own integrity that didn’t move depending on who was yelling.

You don’t need a tragedy to need these tools. If you’ve ever stayed quiet, shrunk a choice, or talked yourself out of something you knew was right because you were afraid of what people would think, this class is for you.

Fear of others judgement is controlling aspects of your life; and it’s time to evolve beyond that limitation.

#NEWS: England and Wales will ban online pornography depicting strangulation, suffocation, incest, or scenarios involving someone pretending to be under 16, starting November 6. The legislation follows cross-party pressure that prompted ministers to announce new restrictions earlier this year.

My pink whimsical world 🧚‍♀️✨🌸 wearing @try.on.dress.uae

From the second you entered this world, you became my favorite part of it. Being your older sister and watching you grow from this little girl, into a woman so remarkable, so beautiful and so inspiring is the absolute greatest privilege of my life. My biggest wish for you is that you see yourself through my eyes, because if you did, you would know you are the most extraordinary and perfect human being. I pray that your life matches the immense beauty of your soul and that you never, ever forget how capable and unstoppable you are! No matter how old we get, where life takes us and how big our worlds become, you will forever be my home, my safe place and my ticket back to childhood. I will forever stand by your side, protect you and love you beyond limits. And even after we are just a whisper of a memory in this universe, I will search for you in the next one and choose you as my sister every single time. Happy birthday, Niki!

SpaceX founder and CEO Elon Musk said Wednesday that the U.S. government and President Donald Trump was responsible for any curbs on Ukraine’s military-grade Starlink network.

Ukraine had accused SpaceX of imposing new restrictions on the Starshield internet service without warning.

Writing on X, Musk said that “Starshield systems are owned and controlled by the U.S. government. Any limits on speed or usage are decided by the US military and ultimately POTUS.” Click on the link in bio to find out more
