Heyyyyyy 😚 ~ grab your hoops & come learn this simple doubles hybrid with me!
HELPFUL TIPS:
✨ Practice step one and two a bunch before combining them together! Unilateral drilling is the key to success with double hoops!
✨ Turning your body to the side the hoop is traveling towards can help gain more mobility in your shoulder to help the overhead weave feel cleaner.
✨ Let your shoulders relax! You got this, and you can do hard things!
