If you had to cut your supplement stack in half tomorrow, what would actually make the cut?

The first 50% should be pretty boring. Protein if you need help hitting your intake, creatine, magnesium, omega-3s, vitamin D when needed, and electrolytes when your training, sweat loss, or diet calls for them. Cover the basics before chasing the edge cases.

Performance supplements come next, once there's an actual job to do, whether that's focus, training output, stress, sleep, or recovery. CoQ10, theanine, rhodiola, glycine, and tart cherry can all have a place when they match the goal.

Once you get into NAC, lion's mane, citrulline, spermidine, NMN, or peptides, the bar should get higher. Good human evidence, a dose that matches what was actually studied, and a way to tell if it's doing anything for you.

The advanced 5% is where people spend a ridiculous amount of money while ignoring the 50% that deserves most of their attention.

You don't need the biggest stack. You need one where every supplement has earned its spot.

If you want to know what actually deserves a spot in your stack, I put together a guide to reading supplement labels, checking doses and forms, spotting proprietary blends, and evaluating quality.

Comment “Label Check” and I’ll send it to you!

“My athletic prime was in high school.” Okay, but when was the last time you actually TRAINED like an athlete? 😒

You stopped sprinting, jumping, moving explosively, changing directions, and challenging your coordination, then decided your athletic career was over because you turned 25? 🤦🏻‍♀️

Come on now. Of course you’re not moving like you used to if you haven’t trained those abilities in years!

Athleticism isn’t reserved for teenagers or professional athletes. Strength, speed, power, agility, coordination, and stability are all qualities you can continue developing throughout your life.

And no, you don’t need to join a recreational soccer league or start training for the Olympics. 😂

🖇️ TRY THESE MOVEMENTS:

Half-Kneeling Dead-Stop Overhead Press: 3 × 5-6/side
Plyometric Inverted Row With Grip Switch: 3 × 4-6
Single-Arm Landmine Rotational Arc: 3 × 6-8/side
Explosive Lateral Banded Sled Pull: 3 × 5-6/side
Plyometric Sled Push-Up: 3 × 4-6

Rest as needed to maintain quality, control, and explosive intent. Modify these advanced movements to match your current abilities.

🚀 FOUNDATION PERFORMANCE IS OFFICIALLY LIVE!

Phase 3 of my Foundation Series is designed to help you build on your strength and develop the power, speed, agility, coordination, and movement control that make you more athletic. Whether you’re 25, 45, or 65, the goal isn’t to relive your high school glory days. It’s to discover what you’re capable of NOW. Your next athletic chapter is waiting. More details in highlights.
