Today I'm Making Jamaican Cuisines....🇯🇲🤌🏾🤏🏾
So When people ask me what's my favorite menu to make?
Honestly it's so hard to choose‼️🤷🏾👨🏾🍳
because I cook everything from Italian and American to Asian, African, and Caribbean Cuisines
That said, receiving so many compliments after people try my food is truly an amazing feeling. Hearing My Executive Chef say my food is easily in his top 5‼️
had me feeling so humbled 🙏🏾 🙇🏾♂️👨🏾🍳
Thank you Chef For taking a chance on me and gambled on my vision three years ago when you brought me into the company, hiring me for a single position 15-20 people had applied for with little kitchen experience freshly out of culinary college
You told me I want to Mentor you which you Did‼️
