I didn’t quit because I stopped loving fitness… I quit because I wanted to make a bigger impact.

When I was a personal trainer, I realised something.

I could coach someone for one hour, but I had no control over the other 23.

I’d watch people train hard in the gym, then go home and fall back into the same habits. Week after week they’d wonder why nothing was changing.

It wasn’t because they weren’t trying.
It was because they needed more than a workout.

They needed guidance with their nutrition.
They needed accountability.
They needed education.
They needed someone in their corner every single day—not just for 60 minutes.

I also found myself teaching classes that I didn’t genuinely believe were the best way to achieve the results most people wanted.

The physique I built came from consistent weight training, progressive overload, eating enough food, and sticking to a plan—not endless fitness classes.

That’s why I walked away.

Now I get to coach women properly.

Not just through workouts, but through every part of the journey—training, nutrition, mindset, habits, and accountability.

Seeing women become stronger, more confident, and finally achieve results they never thought were possible is exactly why I do what I do.

This is more than fitness. It’s changing lives. ❤️

If you’re tired of working hard and still not seeing results, send me “COACHING” and let’s change that together.
