I always make a plate for Austin. He doesn’t always eat it. And that’s ok. I want him to feel included. There was a time not that long ago where his food was limited. Slowly but surely, with exposure, he’s increased his food palate.

Trust me, there is still a LONG list of foods he doesn’t eat.
