10 point conventional deadlift checklist 👆

Mastering the conventional deadlift is one of the most rewarding exercises you can do in the gym.

The techniques I am teaching here are the same techniques that I have learned from the best deadlifters in the world and have used them successfully on myself and everyone who trains with me💪

Save this, and thank me later 👊

1 - Hip width stance
2 - Bar in line with midfoot
3 - Brace - ribs to pelvis - breath hold
4 - Long arms - Reach down
5 - Arms Perpendicular to ground
6 - Bend down till shins touch the bar
7 - Crown of the head toward the ceiling
8 - Armpits to pelvis - Lats
9 - Push the world away
10 - Stand Vertical - knees and hips locked out
