The only regrettable one I've done is installing a secondary horn button in the dash surround of my 2004 Tacoma I've had since new. It's a pristine interior other than that good intentioned but regrettable switch. Still bugs me every time I get into the truck. Don't drill holes in your interior, folks.

I put some BMW sport seats in my 80 Series. Didn’t realize before I stalk that they’d raise the seat height juuuuust enough so that my 6’2” head would rub the headliner enough to make it annoying as hell. Great seats though, highly recommended.
