I’ve tried both & can confirm dressing like a “wh*re” is way better for gains 🤷‍♀️

Ik a bunch of “iT was A jOke” mfers are gunna come for me and to that I say… disrespectfully, shut the fuq up. It wasn’t funny. It didn’t have a punchline. He got up there and said a bunch of misogynistic bs that is soooo fkn overplayed. It’s some straight up boomer humor.

Women have been the butt of jokes for everrr- the lack of creativity in his set is almost more offensive than him saying women are dressing like wh*res. I truly believe there is a way to make fun of everyone and everything comedically, but it takes intelligence and nuance… which this entire set lacked. Like he actually thinks his audience is dumb enough to think his set was funny and that in itself is upsetting.

Also lowkey crazy he got up there and told everyone he’s a fkn creep lmao. Talked about creeping out a “beautiful woman” on a hike and then being upset he can’t stare at women in the gym… I wonder when he (and all the people that think like him) will learn that it’s not women that are they problem… it’s them 🙈

Anyway my fav clothing is from @civilregime co de liztess 😘

Classic Bodybuilding isn’t just about Muscle. It’s about building a physique that will never go out of style.

It’s about proportions. Symmetry. Conditioning. A small waist, wide shoulders, sweeping quads and the ability to turn years of hard work into art.

Every muscle has a purpose. Every pose tells a story. Every detail matters.

You don’t just build muscle. You sculpt a physique where strength meets aesthetics and discipline meets perfection.

Mass impresses. Proportions inspire. But the combination of both creates something unforgettable.

That’s the art of Classic Bodybuilding.

Which of these three poses represents Classic bodybuilding at its best?
