you never forget your first SIUUP! 🥹
The most beautiful I have ever felt in my life! ♥️ There is a certain kind of satisfaction when your vision, efforts and the final result all come together perfectly. This look gave me exactly that feeling of fulfilment. Give me a chance to dress up all over again, and I’d get ready the exact same way, without changing a single detail! My mother looked at me and said she didn’t want me to change out of this look because she just wanted to keep looking at me! 🥺 Dear brides, the way you choose to dress up for your wedding (or any day, for that matter) is nothing but an expression of how you see yourself, the traits you carry, your likes, desires and emotions. You know yourself best! There will always be people who tell you that your hair should have been done differently, your outfit should have been different, your accessories shouldn’t have been that way, your colour should have been something else, and countless other things. But the truth is, it doesn’t matter. In fact, it should never matter. The only thing that should stand between you and how you choose to dress up is how you feel when you look at yourself in the mirror. And for me, when I looked at myself in the mirror, I felt beautiful. The kind of beautiful that comes from within and sparkles all around you. So, go find your sparkle. Don’t bother searching for it anywhere else. It’s all within you! 😊❤️ 📸 @magicmotionmedia #MyBridalDay #MyWedding ✨

Some Ladies Are Professional Receivers; They Get iPhones And Trips To Qatar But Buy Their Boyfriends Boxers And Singlets— Pastor Bolaji Idowu Says Giving In Relationships Should Be Mutual Pastor Bolaji Idowu of Harvesters International Christian Centre has called out ladies who expect expensive gifts from their partners but allegedly give little in return, stressing that giving in a relationship should be mutual. The cleric made the remarks during a sermon titled “What Do You Do When Love Begins To Hurt” on October 11, where he questioned how couples could date for months without exchanging gifts. “How can you date someone for three months and there is no exchange of gifts? And girls will say… Tell them oh… but I’m telling the girls now because giving is not one way. As he’s giving you too, you are giving,” he said. Describing some women as “professional receivers,” Idowu pointed out what he considered a double standard in the kind of gifts some partners give and expect. “Some ladies are professional receivers. It’s my birthday. Okay, we agree it’s your birthday — what about his birthday? You now buy boxers and singlets. “But your own birthday they are buying iPhone, a trip to Qatar. But your own — no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.” The pastor stressed that genuine love should make giving feel natural and should not be measured only by the cost of a gift. “If it’s love, it must be easy to give, and giving is two ways. “If you love somebody, it will be easy to give to. Anybody you love will be easy to give to. And it’s not about getting big things, it’s just small things — I drove by, I saw suya, I bought suya, I saw this, I bought this,” he said. He reiterated his point by asking: “How can you date someone for three months and there is no exchange of gifts?”
