Oh yes 🙌❤️🩹❤️🩹 I often think about this too because I feel like I’m doing smth wrong if it always “doesn’t feel easy” but at the same time I know it just isn’t like that for everyone and it’s, as you said, the act of choosing people over and over even when it doesn’t feel easy and that’s what makes a difference and what matters ❤️

@buntelebenskunst yeah youre completely right i dont think shaming yourself for having that is really the way to go but i think its a gradual nervous system learning cstching patterns finding ways to help yourself settle thsi is me with answer searching sometimes so completely get that

It’s almost like the brain gets uncomfortable when things calm down, so it manufactures a crisis: "Quick, find a flaw! Double-check your feelings! What if there's someone better?" When you realize that urge is just your own internal noise—and not a warning sign about the partner—it completely changes the game. You stop blaming the relationship for your restlessness and start addressing the restlessness itself.

This is so hard without talking about how you love. Its also really hard to define but i feel like you have to question what does it mean to love this person. Love in a feeling, love within your own capcity and limits… Love within learning, Protection, Respect ….I think everyone is capabel of love but isnt always capable of loving safely
