Death to Imperialism, Life to Freedom‼️ THE Police cannot legally Stalk you, but they can conduct covert surveillance or follow you if they have a valid legal reason. For example, officers can tail your vehicle or monitor your movements if they have reasonable suspicion of a crime or probable cause supported by a warrant.However, if police are following, watching, or harassing you repeatedly for no legitimate law enforcement purpose, it constitutes police harassment or misconduct.

Before the NYC Chapter left Chester, PA, we felt like we were being followed on the way to attend a family event. Lo and behold, a slave catcher pulled up in front of the restaurant a few minutes after we arrived. Not because they were called for someone who needed help, but because we’ve been on their radar.

The one that pulled up, was on the phone for the entirety of his stay, and he called for a second officer to pull up, to do absolutely nothing.

This is not to put fear in anyone’s heart to do what we do, but it is to give yall a reality check about how distorted the priorities are of these slave catchers.

They aren’t trying to find missing children, solving a murder, deescalate altercations, help someone’s grandmother run errands, or anything beneficial for the people.
Instead they’re out here stalking citizens who feed, protect, and clothe their community.

This shouldn’t frighten you to the point that you think you shouldn’t do anything, but it should enrage to doing everything you can to contribute to the Death of Imperialism, so we can have FREEDOM one day.

Only as a COLLECTIVE we will be able to dismantle this racist, vile, & capitalistic entity we call America.
