55-Year-Old Man Escapes Unhurt As Train Crashes Into His Car At PWD Railway In Lagos

A 55-year-old man escaped without inj¥ries after a train crashed into his Honda car at the PWD railway crossing in Lagos on Friday morning.

The collision involved a train heading towards Agege and the man’s car, which was extensively d@maged in the incident.

The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) said its operatives, alongside security personnel, rescued the driver and cleared the wrecked vehicle from the railway tracks, allowing the train to continue its journey.

LASTMA General Manager, Olalekan Bakare-Oki, urged motorists to exercise caution around railway crossings and never attempt to cross the tracks when a train is approaching or in motion. He emphasised that complying with railway safety rules is essential to preventing accidents and protecting lives.

⚓️ VOBSTER QUAY ⚓️

A few shots from a great day at Vobster, shooting new content for an exciting @thrudark project coming soon. Keeping this on hush hush for a few weeks yet … ask me no questions I’ll tell you no lies. 🤫

Can’t give too much away just yet, but looking forward to sharing some gold from the team.

I also had the pleasure of taking the new @panerai Luminor for a test run — a pretty fitting place to put it through its paces.

Watch this space 👨‍🚀
