In all seriousness, I so appreciate everyone’s love, heartache, and hope for these two. Their feelings for each other are messy… complicated… and that can mean a whole mishmosh of connections… romance, friendship, codependency, workplace drama, shared trauma… all being at play at once. There’s no easy definition for it. So In short, if their bond, and all of its messiness resonates for you in a specific way… you’re right. And I’m glad it does. But it also means the next person’s interp is right too. Art, ya know?
For me… it means a very specific thing… about a very specific boy… who died a long time ago. And most prevalent among my many feelings for him is: “I wish you were still here.”
Anyway, here’s to LoMo (how am I the first one to come up with that??). May they each find happiness… together, but more importantly, independently of each other. #xmen97
