Então você quer dizer que, em algum momento da sua árvore genealógica, alguém sobreviveu a meses acorrentado no porão de um navio negreiro cruzando o Oceano Atlântico rumo ao Brasil. Resistiu à fome, às doenças e à violência durante uma viagem em que milhares morreram antes mesmo de enxergar terra firme.

Ao desembarcar, perdeu o próprio nome, foi separado da família, impedido de falar sua língua e de praticar livremente suas crenças. Trabalhou do nascer ao pôr do sol nos canaviais, nas minas de ouro, nas lavouras de café e nas fazendas, enquanto via pais, mães e filhos serem vendidos como mercadorias. Mesmo assim, encontrou forças para preservar tradições, transmitir histórias e manter viva uma cultura que tentaram apagar.

Depois de séculos de escravidão, sobreviveu para ver a liberdade chegar em 1888, mas descobriu que ela veio sem terra, sem escola, sem indenização e sem oportunidades. Enfrentou o preconceito, a pobreza, a exclusão e precisou recomeçar praticamente do zero. Ainda assim, trabalhou, construiu uma família, criou filhos, netos e bisnetos, para que um dia alguém pudesse viver uma realidade melhor.

Cada geração suportou dificuldades que hoje parecem impossíveis de imaginar. Houve quem resistisse aos castigos, quem fugisse para quilombos, quem protegesse a própria cultura em silêncio, quem lutasse por direitos, quem aprendesse a ler quando isso lhes era negado e quem jamais deixasse de acreditar que os filhos teriam uma vida diferente.

E, apesar de tudo isso, alguém da sua linhagem resistiu a todas essas épocas para garantir que você chegasse até aqui. Mas basta receber uma rejeição, enfrentar um obstáculo, perder um amigo, ouvir um “não” ou ser deixado de lado para pensar em desistir?

Como você ousa sequer cogitar essa ideia? Pessoas cujos nomes talvez nunca cheguem até você sobreviveram ao impossível, geração após geração, para que hoje você tivesse a chance de sonhar, escolher o próprio caminho e construir a própria história.

Não desperdice a oportunidade que eles nunca tiveram. Não ouse desistir. A resistência corre nas suas veias. Afinal, desistir nunca fez parte da história de quem tornou a sua existência possível.

𝐍𝐄𝐖: Alexandra Leclerc has sparked fresh pregnancy speculation after appearing alongside her husband, Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc, during the Hungarian Grand Prix weekend.

The couple were seen at the Hungaroring in Mogyoród, Hungary, during Friday’s practice sessions, with Alexandra pictured alongside their pet Leo. In the images, her appearance appeared to show what some have described as a baby bump, prompting renewed interest in months of pregnancy rumours surrounding the couple.

Alexandra and Charles have yet to publicly confirm that they are expecting, and neither has addressed the latest speculation.
