To think I used to think we’d lose our connection and bond going into his teen years and older. I couldn’t be more wrong, so now I don’t just cherish the moments we get to spend together I hold onto them, and never take them for granted..

Being a mother has it’s tough times, but being patient understanding and not forcing a relationship with your child leaves more room for them to trust you and want to be around you even as they get older.
