We are the cure
You’re healing just by showing up!

Working on better form and coordination.
Mind to muscle connection is key.

I normally have my shoes off or have on flat sole shoes, so my feet are flatter to the ground, for better balance and grip, but it was too slippery.

If you’re going to show up might as well show up right!

Calm lil gym day with my gym Bestie

To think I used to think we’d lose our connection and bond going into his teen years and older. I couldn’t be more wrong, so now I don’t just cherish the moments we get to spend together I hold onto them, and never take them for granted..

I’m having a Mom🥰 moment obviously!

Being a mother has it’s tough times, but being patient understanding and not forcing a relationship with your child leaves more room for them to trust you and want to be around you even as they get older.

Faith prays. Discipline prepares.
In this life you’ll need both, Faith and discipline.

At the end of the day, it’s on you to get you where you need to be.
Keep showing up!

Calm lil Friday… getting unstuck by consistently showing up

POV: The only way to unlock YOUR Superpower is to consistently show up…

Sometimes God is calling you to do the hard things because He’s preparing you for the things you’ve been praying for. 🙏🏾✨

The hard days are part of the process. The uncomfortable moments are where growth happens.

I’ll keep showing up — because I’m not just building a body… I’m building discipline, character, and honoring the temple God gave me.

God is preparing me for what I’ve been praying for

Progressive overload isn’t about lifting heavy just to lift heavy.

Every time I step under the bar, I have a purpose. Whether it’s adding 5 pounds, getting one more rep, or improving my form, I’m giving my muscles a reason to grow.

If you’re doing the same weight week after week, your body has no reason to change.

Glute growth comes from:
• Training with intention
• Gradually increasing the challenge
• Eating enough protein
• Recovering well
• Staying consistent

Bigger glutes aren’t built in one workout—they’re built by stacking small improvements over time.

What’s one way you’ve challenged yourself in the gym this week?
